Insurance
I am an in-network provider for many plans under
BCBS, Aetna and UCare.
Because there are so very many plans available,
I would highly recommend for you to contact the
number on the back of your insurance card and ask
them about your coverage to potentially see me.

Private Pay
If I am out of network for you or you prefer to
pay out of pocket, I can provide you with a superbill (receipt), which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or for tax purposes.
Payment
The 60-minute intake session is $220 and 45-60 minute sessions thereafter are $170.
I will send in claims to your insurance company for which I am an in-network provider.
Your co-pay and/or deductible amount determined
by your insurance company will be posted in your account in the client portal.
Payments for balances due out of insurance claims
or private pay can be made directly through the
client portal in your account using most major credit cards or HSA/FSA cards.
