If You Do Not See Your Plan Listed Above: I encourage you to call the number on the back of your healthcare card to see if you have out of network benefits that would cover you to see me. Many of my clients do. For your convenience I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company.
High Deductible Plans: If you have chosen a high deductible plan and will be paying for a large portion of your medical costs, you may consider paying out of pocket for your sessions with me, as that money could go towards satisfying your deductible. Please check with your healthcare plan to make sure. For your convenience I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company.
Private Pay: If you pay for your sessions out of pocket, I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company or for use with your taxes.
